Hi,
I am living in Portugal and ordered 3 seeds in internet. The seeds unfortunately never arrived. :( What might be the consequences? Can I expect police or GNR visiting me at 6 in the morning? Or is that amount to small to create further problems? I only found informations about possing weed, but I do not posess any weed. I just ordered some seeds.
My house is save, I do not cultivate and posses no equipment or weed.
