Seeds In SoCal

Can anyone recomend any place in SoCaL to get some quality seeds.....? I am having a hard time sending any amount of money overseas.....just too risky....IMO. Here in Cali we are growing some of the best weed in the world there has to be a good source of seed here someplace.
