as far as bein reliable, im in North America and iv NEVER had any problems getting my orders, they are very discrete in the envelopes they come in and iv never had a crushed bean, not even on. everything so far with ordering has been super professional and thats usually why once you order from the farm its the only place you strain hunt from there on out :)
