Seeds, Stems and Cops.

Let's say hypothetically, one day the D.E.A. knocks on your door with a warrant. They search your home and find nothing but some old discarded seeds and stems.

What can they do with that? Can they charge you to the full extent of the law, even though they did not find any actual bud?

I remember hearing that if they find viable seeds in your home, they can get you for something like 10 years per seed on a conspiracy to cultivate charge, is that true?

technically yes.
I know that the DEA, Texas and AZ have charged people in similar ways

I know a few people that have been charged with poss.And all it was was seeds.
An other bad habit.Is if you put the stems in the ashtry and dump the ashtry in the
trash.Aggessive D.A.'s will get warrents for stems they find in trash.....stay safe

One of my best friends got felony charges for over an ounce of seeds and stems. Him and his dad lived together, both smoked and both had the bad habit of shoving seeds and stems in any spare tin available. They(the dad) got popped for selling and even though they didn't find ANY bud, the seeds and stems weighed over an Oz and they had scales and baggies. Felonies on both....Bullshit IMO

I removed everything from my home and cleaned everything, every little nook and cranny. It took days.

Now if I ever get a knock at my door I have nothing to worry about, save for a paraphernalia charge that is.

My little botany project is many miles away, and I never keep more than around 10 grams at my home. I think I can eat 10 grams pretty fast, so long as I have water. lol

I'm hoping all this will give me a nice little safety net.

Yeah I got pulled one day.. I was like fuck ripped the weed open and ate it and drop some flakes on my lap they pulled the guns for that xD and then found my bowl but ended up getting off cuz my friends dad was the sheriff haha.

In Crisp county, Ga., they pulled a man over and asked to search his car. He was from out of state and he consented, because he had no weed on him. Lo and behold, the eager beaver deputy found one seed and they consfiscated his car. I had some seeds, but buried them at a location about 12-15 miles from here in a vacuum packaged mason jar, just for safety reasons. Legalized stealing. If he had been a child molester with a trunk full of child porn, they would have let him keep his car and his porn, but not that evil weed seed. His teenage son admitted to him later that he and his friends had smoked some weed in his car after their graduation from high school, I was told. It didn't matter: Weed, seeds, stems, paraphanellia are all taboo in this area.

When I get an ounce or two of weed, I always cut the stems up into small pieces and flush them down the toilet. If LEO wants to look thru my septic tank for some stems or seeds, more power to them.
I also use a small coffee grinder to grind up my stems if I'm in a paranoid state of mind. If you live in a medical cannabis state, you probably need not worry. Once I believed a search was imminent and put a whole ounce of white russian and 1/4 ounce of blueberry in the blender and added water and blended it up and flushed it down the toilet. I would rather lose $450.00 worth of weed than pay a large fine and be on probation for 2-3 years. I have smoked since 1970 or 1971 and have never been busted by following my instincts.

You can NEVER talk your way out of trouble. You can talk your way into it very easy.

I remember this movie where two teenagers were in a volkswagon and the cops got after them for smoking pot in the car. They refused to stop until they threw all the weed out of the car and were grinning ear to ear until the cop pulled a joint out from behind the drivers ear. Oops, forgot about the spare doobie. Be careful. They are out to get you.

Damn, some of that is crazy, going to jail for having a seed, whats that all about?? Seeds over here are like collectors items, adult souveniers that can be collected, yea, maybe if the cops searched your place and found them they would take them off you, but you wouldn't be charged or anythin.
I mean i've been pulled over before and 3 times i have been caught with weed on me, and because it wasnt bagged up in sepaerate bags ready to sell onto others, and was all in one bag i said it was for personal use and the cops let me go, every time.
I would be very very careful what i had on me if i could get sent to jail for having a seed.

otherwise, they should be discretely tossed/dropped onto the lawn/garden/flower bed at your local city office buildings.
