Bury as much of that stem as you can, without burying the leaves & or support the stem, I fear though if you bury it all you'll be in too big of a pot.

I usually plant them in solo cups and only fill it up half way then I fill in with soil after the initial stretch out.......but yours are so long it maybe tough to get it all in soil... support and bury.....good talk.....lol

Believe it or not, when a seedling is not receiving adequate light, a hormone is released that causes the growth cells in the stem to rapidly elongate in an effort to get closer to what sustains them. If not corrected this can lead to a horizontal plant with little to no yield.

I have another light im gona change for its a small t5 with 4 tubes or should i start over with new seeds
I’d look at the specs on that light for distance and percentages of intensity for tender veg plants. Your plants while seedlings are now in a veg state.

Airflow? You can always plant them deeper, right up the leaves.

No need to start over. I did the same thing with my first grow and supported them with a plant tie wrapped around a wooden skewer. In time the stem will thicken enough to support her and the growth will continue in the meantime. If you can re-pot them even better but if you don't want the stress or don't have the right container, this worked for me

No air flow
Light breeze from a fan strengthens seedlings, but when they stretch this much, planting deeper or support are the best options. I am a master of the bent paperclip myself.

too hot of an ambient temp or root zone will cause stretching also..

Nooo...for pete's sake don't trash those younglings! Apart from the stretch..they seem happy and healthy . Lower the light.

The homies were saying maybe high temperatures...but all I see is the phototropism..lower the light, give them a light feed..and let them be..

and you ALWAYS want a breeze on them, beyond strengthening the stem, it helps prevent mold and excess humidity.

Like @Misanthrope I had a leggy leaner seedling and by using 2 short wooden skewers I created an x-shaped support (staying away from any young roots) that did the job until the stem could catch up with the seedling’s oversized ambition. Worked great, took 2 minutes.

Thanks for the help gromies, i will keep yous updated on see how they go

I've actually got two seedlings that are too tall right now. I put a long piece of plastic covered wire into the coco next to the stem and made a loop at the top for support (and gave them more light). Easy peasy.
