Seeds VS Clones

Hello.
I am brand new here and brand new to Growing MMJ
We are going to be growing out doors (this 1st year anyway)
and we are hoping to grow strains that are high in CBD.

we plan to start the seedlings or clones indoors under fluorescents for the 1st couple months before planting them out side

Seeds seem kind of expensive compared to clones..

Which would be better for me?

Im think I may go with both...but those seeds aren't cheap!

clones. cheaper and guaranteed to be females (depending on your source) also you wont have to go sifting thru different phenotypes. seeds have their place but sounds like u need clones

If you have a reputable source for clean clones. I would do mostly clones and a pack of seeds or two. This way you know your gonna have something you want with the clones and maybe find a gem or two from the seeds. Then make your own clones for the future. I think thats what I would do.

thanks...I was thinking clones too. A friend is going to give a bunch of Blue dream clones.

But

I want to grow some strains that are high in CBD....and those clones might be hard to get. We'll see. I may have do the seed route on those.
