That's pretty sketchy
For $13 it can't be much more than a bulb

They are legit. That is about $20 because it is 12 pounds.

The self ballasted metal halides on 1000bulbs are $33.

I know they prob not gonna last as long as a normal mh/ballast setup but its gotta worth it even if they only get 2-3 cycles befor they need replaced!
Just lookin for feedback
