Sensi Coco Grow A& B

Dear Sir/Madam,
Im new to using advance nutrients and I mixed 1ml of grow A & B seperatly into two 1 Liter bottles. (seedlings)
I want to know how much of the prepared mix should i add to my plants each.
Kindly help me out...

I would water them in a circle about an inch away from the sprout, just enough to leave a ring. Then wait a few days for the soil to dry and do the same.
Sprouts dont need much water and if you water them lightly it encourages the roots to grow in search of water. If you grow the roots you grow the plant.
