septoria or deficiency?? Looking for some advise

hey guys first time grower here. Just want some opinions on if this is septoria or a nutrient deficiency??

Looks like thrips or mite insect damage to me, interested in hearing what others think.

Yeah buddy, I've been battling thrips this summer and the damage and that little shiny bit seems like this is thrips. Take a look closely at your leaves, especially new growth, because that's what they like. They are super tiny like a worm and actually stop moving whe they sense movement.. so sometimes they just look like a fleck of dust
