Setting up a Grow box for outdoors.

Okay, I am going to make a Growbox for outdoor gardening in south western ontario. Looking for tips on size needed and what i can do to make it a fertile growing environment where my plants will thrive. I am also thinking on building sales mounted to the outside to set up s SCROG I think it's called. Any pics or Any help would be great, thanks in advance. Happy growing everyone.
