Sexing And Cloning

Hey guys I could really use a little advice. I am growing from seed. I know how to sex them. My question is when to clone? Before or after I sex them? I just don't want to clone males. Is it okay to take clones after they have been sexed and just started budding?

I sex my plants before they start flowering, two hairs at the base of a stem means its a girl. Then you can clone them before you start flowering.

Do they always show sex before 12/12?

They usually start to show in a spot or two when they are about 5 to 6 nodes tall. I usually top after the 4th node and then pinch off the bottom node, then by the time the new tops grow out they are usually showing sex.

I take cuts two weeks into flower you can also take cuts and put them straight in to flower until they show sex while your other plants are still in veg
