4/4/23 - Time to clean everything out again. Decided to string up the c02 bag above the fan hoping it will help disperse it. Transplanted a bunch of plants and got everything set up for my first net grow.

i will usually do 2-3 bleach cleaning per run, when using a tent i take everything out bleach clean and dry then air out the room and re-introduce.


Currently in tent -

4 X Evelv8 Runtz
1 X Elev8 Tiki-Tom
2 X Brother's Grimm - Mota Hari
2 X Peppers ( Pepperoncini )


With the transplant this time instead of leaving the soil alone I added a bag of earthworm casting, small portion of epsom salt, and myco.

installed the net and put it right above where they would be sitting and did a little bending. I have another net to go above, not sure when or how high yet but we'll get there

last harvest was great and for that reason i am running those clones (3 larger plants) in addition to the Mota Hari

i like peppers and the kiddos when they go home to mom after spring break will be taking them with too. hopefully i can get them into taking care of the peppers long enough to send more material and make my ex help them transplant.

4/9/23 - ladies are responding well. 5 days from transplant and they're drinking water fast and responding well to all my bends. canopy is good sitting a little cooler than I'd like but it's spring so it's transition time for heating. purchased in wall A/C unit i will have to cut out a hole in my tarp install it and reseal it for light leaks and such.

trying to plan out what I am going to do with my net. visualized in diagram below the picture. looking at hotdog bowls as well.

little ones are going well and veggies are doing their thing. i will see how the little ones are in 2 weeks and decide if i will let them flower in the smaller pots and see how they do .

This is very smart planning and something one has to really take in account for with these nets. You’ve got a solid plan and that looks like it’s going to fill in beautifully!! Keep it up

3 clones upstairs in the tent @ 20/4 around 20% light. gave them the "rainbow" nute kit - they perked up this morning like they were praying for redemption on their death bed's so i take it they likey

threw them on my Inkbird Heat mat i got for free! @INKBIRD coming in with the win for the babies!

4/11/23 - sometime in veg? ill be honest i don't count veg. going from veg to flower to me is 100% physical plant appearance. Is she - healthy,ready for stretch, done with most HST?

waiting for a couple branches to get slightly longer so i can do some tucking. using my clips on the sides for some left or right bends, man i love them.

otherwise doing some slight pinch bending to get stalks staying in the right direction. I will be able to fill this net out quickly.

how many nodes is safe per square? am i going to run into support issue as the arms get longer and horizontally heavy??

got a bunch of cheap led grow lights from a garage sale i will be putting up today to give some cheap side support lighting. no pictures of it currently because I am awaiting on 4 extension cords so i can pipe all this wiring around and make it look clean. the organization of my stuff i get picky about.

so i did something i usually don't do. since i've gotten quite into the exact feeding i decided to test it out and re-used the soil for my last grow. that's what i added the small amount of amendment's i did. i think they look great and some tips have 0 leaf burn, which if anyone's used FF trio or the giant set knows how easy to get that light tip burn is.

(extreme ranges on temp/rh are from testing)

4/11/23 - Garage sales are fun

Picked up a bunch of "full spectrum" blurple's i planned on repurposing on my tent frame to help support side and lower growth. got the entire set at a garage sale and am very pleased with myself.


added an Inkbird CO2 / RH / Temp sensor that's wifi so i don't have to run upstairs every time I want to do an environment check. excited for that

kitten got in when i was doing an air exchange and tore up a pepper, so before all this i had to clean up the tent.

did the wiring and posts to be right outside the tent base so to help prevent liquid from getting in there. i do not foliar spray anything so i don't worry about that aspect.

i have my AC unit to go in a window but that's going to be a project of it's own and I plant to add another tarp around it to keep light leaks out.

4/13/23 - Great growth!

Hope this keeps up, i was hoping to get this net filled out so i can switch to 12/12 in about 2-2.5 weeks.

being lazy and haven't installed the AC, was going to do it today but the neighbors are having a family gathering and the window faces them directly so I will wait some more

side lighting is doing EXACTLY what i wanted. the lower leaves under the top canopy you can see the blurple reflection. this wasn't meant to be the solve all but @ 24W x 6 it's adding something. just so pleased how well it fit onto the structure - they're all daisy chained together so only one plug as well. such a win, i love garage sales.

been doing a lot of pinching and using my LST clips. however i got some new ones in that will allow me to adjust the bend degree (the orange one in the middle of grid) so I am hopeful this will help me get those exact angles i want to fill out the net

4/18/23 - no ketchup for old men.


Raised the light 8" to basically the top of the tent. I'm kinda mad I didn't just take then tent down and use the whole room "open" style. I want moar out of this net but I am limited to the 4x4 area for now...

plants are doing good. good growth on my veggie. little ones (2x mota hari 2x runtz) are doing well too, I am very curious to see what i can do with them in may

the blurple is not only fun to look at but really can be seen reflecting off the lower canopy with eyes. i am really curious to see how this will impact side popcorn (not many but the outer corners of the 4x4 will have much less SD4000 ppfd and a good mix of the blurp.)

running at 40% power and turned it up about 10% after I raised it. I and going to slowly increase it's power as i lead into the flip.

i'm too stoned to write more - hotdog out
