Redding city council voted 3-1 to oppose prop 19 even if it passes and since they hold the county seat so it looks like shasta county will miss out no matter what. I was aganist this bill anyways because it is very poorly written but that's what happens when you leave it up to the county to decide instead of making it state wide.

I have no idea what to make of NorCal - I am JUST on the other side of the county line, in Siskiyou, and it's no better here. I just want to be left alone to grow my plants without having to worry about the complexities of it all.
