Has anyone had trouble with shatter turning back to crunb wax after few days

Dry trim,bud 2oz tube then double boil off butane at 115 degrees then thin layer onto pad and vacuum

Sorry to bother the grow gods i thought this site would help inform those who are not grow gods but i guess not. Not everyone started this in 2012 so i will not post anymore on this site i will leave it to the self named grow gods.

Heat can turn shatter into wax, as well as storage.

As the terpenes and other solvents leave, cannabinoid crystals form around points of nucleation, and become points of nucleation for grain growth.

Less wax and fine dust to nucleate around will make the shatter more stable.

I'd say demontrich nail it..that's what I notice when I don't degass? Enough..so I now only make it as oil.12 hrs.double boil.180°

Graywolf is right, so is DemonTrich, are you running subzero temps though? Because if you aren't, it will pick up a lot of fats, lipids, chlorophyll. Usually where I see this caused the most. Also let your slab get to temp before pulling a vacuum. I usually put a slab at temp for like 15 to 20 min and then pull a vac, that way a bunch of air doesn't get entrapped. For shatter, you don't want it to muffin much, if at all.
