Im asking because I'm getting pretty much same results with my D7100 regardimg color rendition. I get this yellowish hue that's a PITA to get rid of with post processing. I'll upload a photo or two for comparison if you don't mind.

Honestly the strongest "purp" I ever burned, but I wouldn't classify it as a true purp

Yeah, that was the standard kit lens. Not saying it's a shabby one. It's actually a very good lens, sharp with low dostortion, designed for the camera. Can't beat that :)

@Toaster79 when i first got the camera I was planning on grabbing a nice macro lens, but never got to it. Does what I need it to do, but I know that if I knew how to play with the settings the pics would be much better
