She was rootbound so I transplanted her and its been 4 weeks Foxfarm oceanforrest is the medium I use ff trio some ebsom salt and cal mag any ideas would really be appreciated. My others doing good

I had some seedlings get stuckd like that ,while the others were perfectly on point.....i taught that some genetics didnt liked too much light intesity and my led environment....
I also attributed that to the fact that most of this seeds are bred under HIDs...
But that was just my taught....
