Shiuld I leave them huge to dry?

Just trim the fans off and hang those branches.

Just found mold in the middle. I was afraid of that being so big. Can the stuff that dosen't have mold be saved or just toss it all?

Unless you enjoy being at the hospital I would say toss what's moldy. Sucks to waste time and money but in the long run it's not worth risking your health

Throw away any bud which has mold. Don’t cut around it, toss the entire bud that has any mold. For those that have no signs of mold I would salvage.

Some may be salvageable but be thorough. That stuff spreads
