Shock late flower. Tip tricks? Anyone?

Recently changed top soil because of fungas gnats. Sprayed with 3 in one for mildew once and it caused horrible effects. Did trimming as per recommendation from a person at a plant store. I think i destroyed all my hard work in one single hour.

Yea thats white mildew sucks, when you remove plants bleach down your tent you dont want it to come back, high rh and temps can cause it.
