I have a 90% indica plant and shit's happening really quickly. Start of week 8 since flip of a stated 7-9 week flowering time. Pistils have all pulled in, most are orange, 95% cloudy trichs for some time now, and today I saw some ambers on a few sugar leaves. I want 10% amber on the buds, so I know I have a while yet, but shouldn't I be seeing more senescence in the leaves? Does the aging of the leaves improve bud quality? Maybe by removing chlorophyll or some other negative agents? There's a slight purpling of the topmost leaves, but otherwise it's still thriving. Is there something I should be doing to make this happen more quickly?
Hydro with GH FloraTrio
40-50% humidity
70-74 degree temps
The pistils of the more sativa plant next to it have barely started to turn orange.
