Should I cut these old leaves off??

Plant is 3weeks and 1 day since germination.
lotus grow/calmag 600ppm
Ph 6.0
I just changed the res today. Was at 1000ppm and saw some burnt tips and dropped it to 600ppm and added silica boost and orca
Wondering if I should snip the old leaves with brown spots off or should I just leave them. There is a bunch of growth getting covered because of them. What do you guys think
