Should I defoliate these plants ??

Pic should speak for itself. Question is, and after all this time I’m still unsure, should I pluck those big leaves? I’ve lollipopped her a bit but those leaves cover quite a bit.

Looks good to me. Bottoms are cleaned up nice. I'd leave them alone.

Media is 70/30 coco/perlite - DTW, 12 plants 4 strains in 10x 9, all LED just added supp t5 uv, GH flora series.

They look like they would benefit more if you spread the branches apart a bit, to let the light in the middle. They look good otherwise.

It would probably help a bit to remove some of those inner fans leaves. If you do just a few (3-4 a day) till you get all the bud sites exposed on the inside of the plant it will be fine. A couple leaves a day wont freak out your plant. I would let the outside leaves alone, they make good nutrient banks to let you know if things start going sideways. Minor pruning and maintenance are a good thing.
