Should i harvest this plant

Anyone think this bud would be any good to harvest? Almost 7 weeks in flower and the buds don't look like they are getting any bigger and I'm thinking light leak may have stopped the flowering or just plain stunted all around

Circle 10 weeks on the calendar, week 9 and 10 they add a lot of weight.
