Should I move this to light? - germination in dirt

Question - you can see how much dirt I had to add and it keeps growing up. light is about 10" off of plant. Also, the cotyledons? are yellowing and one looks kind of eaten or something. Thoughts/Suggestions?

Turn the light up
Those leaves go away when the real leaves show up. Seems early though

cotyledons will fall off soon,it won't need them anymore
