For the most part flushing is unnecesssary, unless you have a salt build-up from sythetic nutes, or a lockout. Your plants look good, I see no reason to flush, but, some swear by it, others swear at it. Your call.

What do you do personally? Feed up to chop?

Best case you'll empty the vascular system of nutrient laden sap but this can be done in 3/4 days when they're ready.

Your plants look great I'd maintain whatever you're doing now keeping them in good health until they're ready.

When I figure plants are about 2 weeks from harvest, I cut back all nutrients, by 25%. Last week before harvest, I cut another 25%.

That makes sense to me. The nutrient line that I'm running has a finishing product that you run at a very low concentration for the last two weeks that I did my research on and that's what I've been looking forward to the most. Even guys I don't run crop salts have used the cake for their flush and said amazing things about it so I'm eager to see for myself
