Should I top my plant?

I have this plant that I’ve been growing for almost a whole month now starting from a seed. I started low stress training it September 30th. Is it too late to top the main stem? It’s starting to grow much taller than the lower colas and I’m trying to keep an even canopy

Yeah you probably shoulda topped before the lst to create an even canopy,
What you can do is continue to bend the plant clockwise around the pot like you have been doing creating a bonsi like base then once filled out you can continue topping or whatever
