Should I use Air Stones in my feeding reservoir?

Hello Guys! A very simple question. Should I add Air Stones to my Feeding Reservoir? Or should I just use Air Stones 24 hours then take out & mix my nutrients afterwards and keep stones out until nutrients run out?

Right now I just fill barrel with Tap Water & Mix my Nutrients, then PH.

I am using Canna Nutrients.

It’s preference for the most part if you’re not letting the water stand more than 24hours. HOWEVER, I do prefer to run airstones in any of my reservoirs 24/7 and clean them once a week with enzymes.
