Should I use Bloom and Veg switches at the same time

I have a Bloompsect 1200 Watt LED that comes with the Veg (Blue/White) and Bloom (Reds) switches. I'm at day 16 and my plants look great. I read alot of mixed reviews about running both switches the entire grow. I currently just have the Veg switch in and they are doing great, but I'm thinking for long term if I should give them full spectrum since I can.
