Show me your Amber... Trichromes ... best close up you have!

A lot of talk about amber thrichomes... but haven't seen one with good clarity .. or how about a percentage image... help us newbies out....

Here's the best I can do with my camera at this time... do me one better!

New grower. Make sure you look at the Tricoms on the buds not the leaves.

HerbalEdu ... Nice image... good clarity ... my RAG from the image.. I would guess your have a less than 5% amber thrichome development.

What's your estimate?

yeah something like that, some trichs just start to turn amber on some flower while there is a few amber on some small sugar leaves

So... I have one of them (cheap) USB microscopes... and personally would not recommend it worth purchasing just for the specific reason of examining trichromes.

1st in has a very narrow field of view so seeing a percentage area is almost impossible
2nd the resolution is around 640 x 480 (guess) which gives you a very crummy image to share
3rd focusing is a futile process on a growing plant.. when you have to hit the keyboard on the LT to take a picture
4,5,6... I leave that up to you guys

So without further ado... I give you some crummy images to ponder....

For now... for most of us... the best picture you will get will be with your phone... for me it's my finepix with macro.
