I honestly don't see how an LED rig is going to physically burn the plants. It does look like a burn of some sort, they're all on the same feed, under the same light, all the same size. The rest are fine, can you get a light burn off of LED,you'd be hard pushed wouldn't you?It doesn't look like its spreading, assuming its nute what would you recommend-flush?
5.8-6.1 for coco is fine, but if we're talking coco then he's got to pay attention to Ca/Mg.

But, you mention battling fungus gnats. You know that spraying the adults doesn't do a thing to the larvae (who are the ones that do the real damage), right? You'll need either a soil drench or you can try what I do--thick layer of sand on top. It's difficult to allow coco to dry out too much, you just don't have the buffer soil does. A mix like you have may give you a little wiggle room in that regard, though.
Couple other products you can try if you can get them, Gnatrol, Gnat-Off, and something called mosquito dunks. I believe they're all BTi (Bacillus thuringiensis israeli), gives 'em tiny tummy aches. The dunks would need to be ground up so they can be sprinkled on top, and you can also allow them to dissolve in your feeding solution so it can be applied wet. In my coco I ended up giving all a little dose of Avid. That stuff is practically nuclear, so if you go that route take extra-special care in application and keeping yourself safe.
