Single leaflet leaves - prognosis?

These two plants started indoors, went into bloom, were forced back into veg, and then moved outside. All the new growth is a single leaflet leaf. There appears to be some flowering, but not much and these plants have been outdoors for two months, getting a lot of direct sunlight. The skinny leaf is Alaskan Thunderfuck. The Indica is Banana OG.

Will they ever produce real flower or am I wasting my time? Thanks and a tip of the hat as usual.

looks like they are re-vegging again.
Just wait for them to grow and flower when the days go shorter.

Started the seeds months too soon. The plan was never to have to grow this crap indoors.
