Skipped leaf node

I know this has been asked on other forums before but I can't seem to find them so I apologize if this is a fairly basic question. What does it mean when your babies skip the 3 leaf node and go strait to the 5 leaf node? Is it a genetic mutation? I'm not worried I am only curious. I would feel a personal connection with my plant if it was a mutation because I have Cystic Fibrosis myself :p Thanks in advance guys!

Honestly I dont think it means anything. Every plant is different. I wouldnt give it to much thought.lol just my opinion. :)

idk, maybe look into it more if there's any info on it i would like to kno also :)

just a genetic mutation IMHO plants are like people they as are selfs are all different - I just grew my first plant that had 9 leaflets - which was a first for me - best answer i got ........ good luck peace
