Slf-100? Flushing Enzyme?

South cascade organics. Anybody know what its made of? Do's and dont's? Obviously it says its organic, OMRI listed, etc. I don't always believe labels but the company seems legit about this one since it's such a simple product. Local shop swears its the best out there and gave me a couple bottles.
