At this stage a bit of dry hack is fine bit in the future you will not want a dry back unless crop steering.

And i agree with @Blastfact that need need a higher dose of nutrients

So I'd just like to thank everyone that chimed In and offered me advice and to update yous, so I adjusted the light and started with nutes and 4 days later they are looking so much better and actually growing so thankyou everyone
