I have a wardrobe setup, the space available is 170 X 45CM and 60CM high

and what else will i need, exhaust, water, humidifier , soil , fertilizers, etc

Also where is the best place to buy seeds from (i am located in australia)

Hi again,

I've tapped out a hole where an existing air vent was to prepare it for a fan and ventilation

Would this be adequate?

joey,
well you are definitely at a disadvantage with only 60cm height. Is there any other option where height is more? It can be done, but if you had a taller area it would be considerably easier. If not, I would go soil, use florescent lights, and trellis them sideways to make a flat screen directly below those lights. Get a fan to connect to the exhaust hole you have, and one more to gently circulate the air in the cabinet. Hand water the pots. As far as seeds, either get them from someone local or look online like on this site. Hope that helps,
