Small Upgrade 134 watt(actual)-250(actual) 2x4 tent too strong

Hello this is the exact light I have a 2x4 60 inches high. Started from clones upgraded to a crappy 600 watt but it is 134 actual.

I am trying to stay on led side and on a very very tight budget. I know what I have now small but I flipped them to flower and they r 5 weeks old. It is time to get some more light on them.

I would go bigger but the heat worries me I won’t have a cooling unit inside the tent but the room that it is in is cooled so this helps a lot never has gotten too hot with the current light.

mill prob have to adjust the height a bit more from the girls prob sitting at 18 inches above.

recap 2x4x60 inches tall upgrading from 134 watt actual , putting in 250 watt actual. Any other problems besides heat? Too powerful? I hope I will be okay

Nope imo you could run as high as 350-400w of lighting/ so if you can keep the temps down your good
