Hi first time grower. I am using Promix BX . I PH my water to 6.2-6.5 usually 6.3 -6.4

I am growing outdoors in 7 gallon cloth pots.
Generally things are going well.. however a few events have occurred.
1. They got covered in pine pollen blown in the wind from a not too far big pine tree. I ignored this thinking It can't be that unusual
2. I have a bizillion varieties of insects... the worst one I found is a rose chafer I have picked a few off the plants. My plants are close to my raspberries and they attack those.
3. I have looked under the leaves and found no little clusters of anything.
4. The white spot on top can be a tan colour under the leaf
5. I don't foliar spray
6. I usually move them to shelter if its going to rain significantly
7. On the worst plant 80+ % are fine .. good color no curl no marks; One plant is 95% good, One is 99%
HELP :)

Thrips are very hard to see without magnification - the one spot looks like that might be it but not sure.

Bugs of some type. It isn't spider mites and looks like random insects, but I haven't battled many so I'm sorry I can't be of better help. They look like damage from larger insects than tiny mites, since they just leave a zillion tiny specks that die or leave scar tissue. The holes look eaten by something bigger, with my Sherlock Holmes hat on.
