Soil is mirical grow so i don't need fertilizer mixed with perlite

update week 5 can anyone tell me what you mite think the yellow patches are on the leaves on one of the pics thanks.

yeh its all i have i made a mistake of only getting 120 watt i am going for 300 watt led next grow with 6 cyslops's of the 7 drawfs from pick n mix website.
