If you can take them away from the grow,blast them off with a stream of water,clean your grow area then use insecticidal soap applications is a good way to battle them. I have used neem before ,it is like dormant oil, but for me it's a temporary solution and retards growth. Also check for ant hills if applicable,they have a symbiotic relationship with aphids.
