Thanks, the Flo we have is a local cut named the temple pheno, it is from the old Flo stock before DJ Short revised the genetics.

Here are a couple pics from this summer...

Looks tight mang, nice work.

I can't quite make out the kind of reflectors you're using, what are they?

Thanks guys.

The plant in the 1st pic is a new strain my friend made, it's (OG Kush x NL5) x ECSD. I gave him the NL5 some years ago, he made the KushxNL, and another guy knocked up an ECSD.

So far, this is the fastest flowering plant in the whole garden, and it already smells like lemon funk. With any luck, this plant will yield like NL, smoke like a good OG and be as potent as ECSD. :smiley_joint:

3rd pic is Kushage. We have 2 dif. phenos of Kushage going, it's a nice smoke.

4th is Blowfish. It is a very strange plant, looks like a sativa, stretches like crazy yet finishes in 9 weeks and grows tons and tons of small-ish buds with a loose stacked-calyx structure. Pic below of some blowfish, which tested 23.68% thc.

Last pic (above) is Willie Nelson.

Me too.

We passed inspection (except some details...) so we can now officially occupy our space.

I can't wait to take pics of buds, the construction thing was wearing really thin... I like the design aspect but actually doing the work is hard on the body... we joke that we will all need the ADA bathroom and strong indicas for the pain after we are done.

We will also be trying some Cheesus, Cheese, LA Conf, Meltdown, Wheelchair, White Berry and Chocolope. I wasn't sure about our Blowfish cut, but after it cured it tested 23.68% thc and has a great smell and smoke. It's really strong. The Pineapple Express, on the other hand looks good but isn't potent enough so no more of that. And we have a huge amount of seeds to start too.

been running the blowfish with great success for years, crossed male with og, NL5xhaze and white rhino these crosses came out amazing, blowfish is just a great strain/i veg for 10 weeks min. and always get 6-7 oz per plant

Dorje, the ISS should come out looking almost just like the blowfish (bigger calyxes on ISS) if you're letting it go it's full cycle. The blowfish looks great!

There must be a few Blowfish cuts going around... I've seen both in my system and the ISS is a lot more normal looking. The Blowfish kinda looks like schwag growing, has tiny little pinner leaves, and a very loose stacked-calyx structure, almost foxtailing. I haven't posted many pics of it because it's embarrassing... can't even see trichomes until you look up close... but I dug one up from a few months ago :smiley_joint: It's amazing what the trimmed and dried buds look like, and hard to believe it is actually extremely potent once you've seen it growing.

I once saw a strain from Egypt that looked very similar to that.

Your stuff is looking fantastic Dorje. You are making me want to bust out a 100 gallon smart pot of organics and go side to side with my coco...in my giant monolithic waste of space place :angel

Have you spoken about your mix anywhere? I have seen you talk about methods (how i came up with that 100 gallon number). Organics has always had a voodoo feel to me but I cannot deny when done perfectly (or seemingly routinely for you) there is a taste that just cannot quite be achieved with refined salt nutes.

The big pots wouldn't bother me provided I can learn to reuse the soil. Hell, it would end up meaning less trips to the hydro store in the long run.

Mucho impressive amigo.

Hmm, that's prety much what my ISS looks like but with fatter, fuller buds. HUGE hairs, some foxtailing in the breed, and it almost always seems to get the one weird foxtail that comes out of the top of a really nice fat nugget. Maybe I've got a different ISS cut than you guys do. Do you have any ISS photos Dorje?

Here's one. I haven't grown ISS yet, a friend with one of my systems does. Here's his pic, at day 70... too early but everything else in the garden was done. ISS should be finding it's way into my system next time.

It does look similar in the photo but IRL the bud structure looks more normal and it looks more frosty.

In the pic below is one plant, it looks a little weird because it's the last plant in the bed and is falling down, but they grow fast and yield huge.

Yes siree, that's the ISS. I have done many experiments with the ISS. It can sure be a lanky beast. The clean, citrusy, sweet ISS smells and flavors respond particurlarly well to humates derived from leonardite and raw cane sugar/molasses as a carbo loader/sweetenter/benni snack.

The ISS should get a nice golden hue when it's ready. It looks like you left it for too long and then out of nowhere it gives a big final push and plumps up the nugs again and the terpenes really finish out. It will look different than the bud in the picture, more pronounced and darker hairs with a golden frost should be apparent. It really is a long flowering strain well worth the wait (80+days) in yield and quality. Whoever said it was fast was chopping it early, way early but you can do that with this strain and have it come out pretty decent. Another great long flowering strain like the ISS that comes to mind is sensi's NL#5 X haze.
