Part 2

With framing done and first inspections passed, now we rough-in electrical, start on our ADA bathroom, start assembling our lighting control system, dropping sprinkler heads into the rooms.... holy shit this is a lot of work, and we're doing it all ourselves wherever we can.

just not so sure CO's ready to see it. I wish you the best of luck with getting throught the rest of inspections and the bullshit before it changes again and hopefully you get some ladies in there soon.

isn't the deadline the end of october??

oh snap thats one nice drain gutter you got runnin along the floor of your rooms. What kind of system you gettin in here

nice contactors. Spare no expense bro. To many people step over a dollar to save a dime. Looks great so far, best of luck with inspections, hope you get a chill inspector.

Cuttin metal studs is loud as fuck, ain't it:pimp:

It's all total BS with the rules and regs, that's for the lawyer to deal with... I just design/build grow rooms and grow weed.

But, from what I heard, there was no end of October deadline, in Boulder everyone was required to register (or re-apply in our case) by Aug 31st, and very few businesses did, even our Lawyer said Oct. 31st. They are letting previously existing businesses turn it in ASAP. So far so good. Knock on wood.

Anyway, we should have plants in the ground by mid October, hopefully sooner. :bong-hits:

It goes quick once you get it down, but there's no easy way to put it about 5000 screws.

And, we contracted out the drywall, it'll be done in a day thank god.

The drain gutter was there, with my system we don't really need it but it will come in handy for running a drain from a utility sink we plan on putting in.

The system will be organic, and will use about 4000 gallons of soil for 96 plants.

Haha I hear ya on the screws bro. Thats grunt work for sure. You got the right drills for the job tho, I got a couple sets of the white ones. Fuckin batteries last forever and charge up quick as fuck. Man I love doin build outs.

Keep doin what you do bro, I'll be checkin in, watchin the show.:pimp:

why would you not use the drain then???

We don't have anything to drain. I water to the point of saturation, naturally let the plant use up nutes toward the end so I never need to flush, and re-use the soil. There is no waste of water or media at all. Boulder City isn't letting you drain-to-waste or landfill grow media if you run hydro, so you gotta find someone to take hydro solution if you go that route anyways...

nice to see you got a place going. good luck and let us know where to find the finished product

Subbed, going to be with you for this. Looking good so far bro. Might get some ideas from you for when I start building out half my basement for a more permanent home for my ladies. Rooms I got now are doing to job but lots of things about the set up that are driving me nuts.
