So my growbox isn’t very tall

Is this height good enough? Or will the light destroy my plants when they get tall?

I’m sure it’s adequate for seedlings and clones but flowering a plant could be a challenge with the height limitation.

That's where your light should be to start. You want another 3 feet if you can. If that's all you have, then you need to learn how to train.

grow an autoflower in there. use a small pot so the plant dont get too big

You will be ok. Stick to smaller strains and use training and/or topping to keep the plant shorter and wider.
