That's an interesting one. I'm sure it's happened before, but that has to be very rare. It looks like some version of "twins". 2 embryos in 1 seed, or it splits as the seed cracks?
Hard to tell so far but does it look like the first leaf set is there peeking out? In either half.....they might need another couple of days. I have had seeds sprout that had only cotyledons, even only one, and they just stopped there. Some kind of genetic dud. If the first leaf set is just never going to appear then that's it. This will be interesting. Of course, it will be far more interesting if it's not a dud and you can see how things develop.
