Had another extended period of heavy rains that damaged some plants folded the cola on the tallest plant and just knocked the other plants around so little to no structural stability left.

The runtz plants have started to have a purple tint to the leaves. Very frosty too just beautiful to look at and smell!

Ended up harvesting another auto today and the top half of one of my afghans.yesterday. the auto was ready but the afghan is still a little early. However this plant got hit by the caterpillars the worst and mold kept popping up so I decided to just take the part of the plant most affected and try to save what I could of.it.

Here are a.few pics from earlier today. Mostly the runtz and skunk.

Thanks, I'm very excited the buds look and smell beautiful. I don't even smoke anymore I make eddibles but I'm probably gonna have to smoke a bowl or two of this stuff just to taste it myself haha.

I think next year I'm gonna top everything to keep.the size.of.the buds down and.reduce the damage from caterpillars. Might make a couple other changes too but I have clones inside from a few of my plants this year that I'm.gonna veg through winter and use as mother's for next years crop. I don't.have room to flower plants in my house.or anything right now but I can make.a few mother's work.

Harvested about 2/3rd of my plants so far. The two afghans and the deep purple bud/autos are all drying. I'm out of drying space but the 3 runtz and 1 skunk plant are still outside and just about ready to come in too. I am Already drying multiple plants in my bedroom and living room lol. The ones in my bedroom are almost. Dry enough that I can take them down and let them finish drying in paper bags so I can hang the last plants but that could still be a day or two away.

No pictures today it's been raining for two days straight and I don't want to stand around in it right now hahaha. But Its supposed to stop raining tomorrow so I should be able to determine if they need to come in immediately or if they have time to wait a couple more days. Have seen a few small moldy spots on the runtz but very minimal compared to the autos and Afghans. But nothing on the skunk so I'll probably be growing more of those two strains than anything next year as they both look fantastic and are mold resistant.

I feel you, socks! I’m not gonna have enough hanging space either! Come harvest it’s going to be a major cluster fuck around here! Going to go buy some totes and do some drying in those. Hang in there, brother!

I was considering getting some totes too but Ive been happy with the results from the quick hanging into paper bag into jar system I've used the last few years so I decided against it.

Either way I'm excited to harvest the last few plants. The ones outside still are all my nicest buds and they are showing some amber trichomes already too. Only reason I haven't harvested yet is because of the low hanging space. Pretty happy with how everything has finished up. Have found more moldy bud then I'd have liked but it is what it is. Always seems to hit the nicest of the buds too. Oh well I knew the caterpillars got my plants this year and then with how rainy it's been I was bound to have some mold.

You did a great job, considering what was stacked up against you! Funny how you learn a little more every year! No substitute for experience! I keep telling myself, now, don’t fuck it up after the chop, and before the jar! LOL! Way to go!

Yes, definitely learning more every year that's for sure! I love growing my own bud, it's alot of work but very rewarding. I think growing it has become.more fun for.me lately then consuming it hahaha.

Took down my bigger runtz plant today. Was alot more there than I was expecting. I ran out of drying space quick and that one plant took awhile to clean up and hang so I decided to wait till tomorrow to cut the rest. I will probably have to hang them out in the living room where it won't be in the darkness during the day which id prefer not to do but they are ready to come down.

Gonna pull the last 3 plants in tomorrow morning I believe unless something else comes up haha.

Also think I am gonna have to take out some of the liquid from the JLF I have been making. I didn't realize the lid bulged out enough that on rainy days it was very very slowly filling the thing up. I used gorilla tape over where the water was getting in and will be completely sealing the lid with the same tape once I have trimmed off all the fan leafs and big stem and can add that to it then I won't be opening it again until spring when it's time to use it!
