Ok I get what your saying... But is this just conducive to southern states? How do they grow outside where the farmer is starting the seeds outside or at least in the regular enviroment where his plants are huge trees?Start your seeds with 18/6 and a month/ half before you move them outside start cutting your time down by 1/2hr a week until you get to 15/9 and go for a week at 15/9 and see what happens when you move outside..you want your plants to be at your time clock..if your days are 15hrs long when you go out. That should keep them from flowering from what I read.
