Hey fellow growers. Finally retired so i am able to divert more attention to growing. Just wanted to put my 2 cents in. If u have your seedlings in solo cups, as do i, keep in mind that “not growing fast enough” is a common thing that some have commented on. Good news! Once the roots make it to the sides of the cup, it will “take off”. I’m going to let the leaves start to touch the edges of the cup before i transplant. I’m new to the forum, and still have lots of stuff to learn. But we can help each other. Thx for having me.

Thats a good tip, thanks for sharing! Im drilling holes in clear solos to slide into red solos today! Seedlings are my bane of existence with growing ganja! I’ve been playing around with different techniques to find my perfect one : ) it’s getting there.

Welcome to the Farm! ✌️

I never have issue with seedlings in solo cups. I put soil in the pot and cup I'm going to grow with. Bury the solo cup in it's home pot soil and transplant at two weeks and call it veg. I use clear solo cups so I can monitor the roots.

Thx BearWater!

I’ve also figured out that if i only fill the cup a little more than half-way full of soil, that gives me a lil’ more “wiggle-room” to add more soil if i get one that’s leaning on the “leggy” side.
