Something is chewing my Plants.. First CBD auto Grow.

Hello fellaz and Greetings from Greece. Recently I plant 4 auto CBD ladies and something is going on over here. I spotted some marks on the leafs and some other are chewed..Any idea?? How I'm gonna protect them and prevent this further?
Please help! Thank you.

I use Bio Bizz All mix potting soil and it was right out the bag..

You did not add any nutrients at all? Leaves Look a bit to dark to me.

Only Call/mag and Bloom. 2ml per Lt. I try to keep it as simple as possible. Also its the start of the second week. In the first week you don't feed anything just water.

I have seen many guys on youtube. There is a guy that it's called Bill Ward that he's feeding DIY cal/mag and bloom only, the plants go great. I had no issue doing that so far. My plants clearly have an early pest problem.

I believe it's a thrips or a caterpillar problem.

Why bloom should it be grow .

There is no should. It's a plant, everyone got his personal feeding plan for autos. I'm not here asking for a feeding plan, I want an opinion about pest control. Do the pictures look like thrips to you?

I found this almost dead in one of my pots. Any idea of what it is? I took the pictures with a digital microscope. It looks like a leaf beetle to me.
