Something is eating my plant 😭

As you can see it's only that small area of new growth, I didn't see any insects or flies, I checked the plant completely and have no clue what's causing that damage, can someone help.

What should I apply to the plant because I have no idea what it is.

i think that's just some leaves malformations, nothing to worry about.
