Are "hash" plants different from every other sativa/indica breed, or is it just a name that has been given to some hybrid??

So in working towards the production of RSO/FECO, would it be best to focus on growing "Hash" plants?? Isn't it the resin/trichs that we're extracting in that process?A hash plant is a heavy resin producer. Doesn't guarantee more potency, just usually more resin. There are "hash plant" strains either in name or in category and they should presumed to be more resinous than typical cannabis plants with probably some Afghan origin in the genetics.

Having grown a few, hash plants, outdoors, I haven’t seen a damn bit of difference in the frost! I think it’s just another marketing ploy! Just my opinion on it! And as usual, just another two cents! Are "hash" plants different from every other sativa/indica breed, or is it just a name that has been given to some hybrid??

Yeah, maybe! My experience with hash plant is pretty limited! I’m just not seeing much difference!Frost can be misleading. It comes with trichome density but you can have fewer trichomes holding more resin. If you were pressing or washing I presume you'll find you typically get a bit more grams per ounce with a hash strain. Might be even less ideal if you're just smoking it.

I grew three Mazar last summer! All wildly, different phenotypes! But we will get some, milk of Mazar, hash out of them! Enjoy your bowl of milk tonight, Jimmie!
Shouldn't we change that idiom to maybe "just my nickel" or "just my five cents"?just another two cents!![]()
My personal idea is plants with lots of leafs and genetic makes them really resinous.had a few with fan leafs half covered with thick iceAre "hash" plants different from every other sativa/indica breed, or is it just a name that has been given to some hybrid??
