same here bro, call it touched, glad you got it done, wasnt all that bad in my opinion,my bad back and neck hurt more and it was the only pain i really experienced, did they use the vein in your leg for replacement valves? were they took mine out beside the knee cap is completly numb, and all the way down my shin also,im still trying to get use to the busted ribs,i keep doing the chicken wing thing and hurting myself ,but they coming along, took me all day to build a cabnet yesterday, but i did so getting my motor skills back, slow but sure, you feel better bro?the meds they have me on are insane, maybe yours are better, that had problems getting the rythm correct on me,almost and did threaten to have to shock me hahahahh to get it right, damn you lucky ,i was in that hospital for 7 days before they would turn me loose ,i ate 4 meals in them 7 days ,i had no thought ever that you could mess up a pancake ,cooking,i was wrong hahahahhI had a quad bypass Friday after beating the 5% chance of my initial survival. All of the Drs tod my loving wife Anna to make arrangements for my demise. The same Drs shake thier heads in disbelief that I not only survived, but have no brain damaage or other problems. She was told that if I did survive, I would probably be a vegetable and spend my days in a nursing home. Thamk everyone for the love and support that you sent my way. I could tell you about the visions that I had and actually felt the touch of God when given the choice to pass along or to stay here. It was deeper than religion and touched the very core of existence. I couldn't describe it as there was no thought or mental process, just a black void where I was given the choice to stay or go. I'll never look at life the same.

I've been in the hospital and specialty care since Nov 13th. I'm sore as hell, first from being split open and now from muscular aches from the positioning during the bypasss. I'm up and walking and got my BP back to normal after dropping to 60/40 after surgery. They took a vein from my leg but no problems at all other than the scar of honor that I will be sporting for my remaining days. Thank you for the support and kind words... I had visions and stuff that can't be described!@Jimster are you still in the hospital? i was talking to mama and thought how come i had to stay so long, then she told me that when i was there they had internet and she had my lap top there for me to use, hahahahh i remember her saying that but thought she was talking about bringing it from the house hahaah, tell ya one thing that damn oxygen burnt the shit out my nose, still have huge scabs up the nostril hurt like fire hahahah
dont have to tell me bro,had same thing, wasnt a bad vision at all either,ok ya was wondering how you escaped so quick hahahahah,i feel you on the pain thing,i think every pain i had other than the surgery was hurting, them damn beds that fold into a car arent any fun at all,i couldnt set up in it longer than 6 hours, they tried to make me,but i ellected to walk around instead, unfreaking comfortable, hell up till about 2 days before i got out,i couldnt even stay awake longer then 3 hours anyway hahahh, glad your feeling better man dont sweat the leg it doesnt bother me unless i kneel down and then it just feels numb, they took veins both directions ,from knee to groin and knee to mid chin down leg, wait to get to the shower, hahahah,i felt like i was cheating on mama with another women in there with me,quite uncomfortable actually, but that hot water was better than sex hahahah, have you got the chicken wing speech yet hahahahahI've been in the hospital and specialty care since Nov 13th. No chickem wing speeused and said she would take care of me regardlesh but I found out that they were ready to pull the plug on me. My wife refused of me regardlesand said she would always take care of me regardless of whatever I ended up like. Her love and strength gave me the decision to live and everyone here at the ICU can't believe that I'm still here and walking around. My lifre's perspective has changed and I'll never be able to repay her for the faith she had in me.dont have to tell me bro,had same thing, wasnt a bad vision at all either,ok ya was wondering how you escaped so quick hahahahah,i feel you on the pain thing,i think every pain i had other than the surgery was hurting, them damn beds that fold into a car arent any fun at all,i couldnt set up in it longer than 6 hours, they tried to make me,but i ellected to walk around instead, unfreaking comfortable, hell up till about 2 days before i got out,i couldnt even stay awake longer then 3 hours anyway hahahh, glad your feeling better man dont sweat the leg it doesnt bother me unless i kneel down and then it just feels numb, they took veins both directions ,from knee to groin and knee to mid chin down leg, wait to get to the shower, hahahah,i felt like i was cheating on mama with another women in there with me,quite uncomfortable actually, but that hot water was better than sex hahahah, have you got the chicken wing speech yet hahahahah
