There is a method to wiping when you have just one square of tissue. It was perfected in WW1 or 2...
You start by tearing off one small corner of the tissue and setting it aside.
Then you poke your finger through the center of the tissue.
Then you stick that finger up your ass and pull it back out. Now you use the tissue to wipe your finger.
The little left over piece is to clean your fingernail...
